Information about Operation Spacehog

The operation SpaceHog doesn't run in a fullscreen mode when it is opened on Windows 7. Why?

I have installed the game and noticed the same behavior. The game runs in a very small window, in spite of the settings or configuration selected. I have even applied compatibility tweaks, but the game displays the same. This is the limitation of the game because it hasn't been originally developed for Windows 7 operating system.
