You will have to check the built-in documentation data, because the software doesn't appear to be available on the website. I have tried finding a website with the troubleshooting data or documents, but there isn't one available for this procedure. If you have the software installed, go to Help > Help topics. Additionally, check the installation directory of the application. There should be a CHM or a PDF file with instructions.
