You will have to use the application as it is because the official website is not available anymore to download it again. However, open the software then go to File > Save as or File > Export. Backup the data, then use a USB flash drive to move the whole application on your new computer, or if you still have the setup package, install it and use File > Import or File > Open to load the old data.
