Question about the connection.

When I send link to participant and they click on link, they are getting the following error:

seeandshareloader (1).exe has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.

How do I fix this error?

I have downloaded the application, and it works without error. However, I don't have a compatible server to test its full functionality. If you have problems running the software, right-click on it and select Troubleshoot Compatibility. Use the settings recommended by Windows, then run the application again, and it should work normally.
