How to reinstall Announcements 7.0?

Where can I get the application to reinstall Announcements 7.0 on my Windows XP?

The Announcements 7.0 application isn't available anymore. The software is discontinued. I have checked and none of the websites offers the product as being available (Parsons or Broderbund). You will have to use something else, because this software is discontinued.
