How can I get the Teknovus Personality Editor?

I'm trying to control the TK3715 SoC. As I've read the TK3715 specification, you may provide a application called Teknovus Personality Editor. As I've understood, it can configure functions and drive GPIO/GPO pin of the SoC. So, how can I get it?

I have checked all the possible websites, but none provided the option to download this application. This means you won't have the possibility to download the software. You will need to contact the seller of TK3715 SoC because he can provide additional information related to alternate applications to configure the device/chip.
