Elusiva Issues (log out of the TS and log back in)

We are using Elusiva Remote Scanner across an estate of roughly 4000 end users. We are getting a small amount of reporting issues about the scanning where the scanner is not being picked up. On occasion we are having to log out of the TS and log back in. Also on some occasions we have to restart the service. I would like to know if others are experiencing these types of issues.

Unfortunately, there is no official website or a representative to contact to in order to obtain additional troubleshooting info or fixes for common errors. If you still have the software, go to Help > About and use the information and contact options you find there to get in touch with the developer.
