There is no information about this software. I have checked all possible websites, but none provided details about compatibility with Windows 7. In this case, the software does not work with Windows 7. However, if you have the package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Pick the Windows 95 operating system and try launching it with Administrator access. This is the only way to make it work.
