How to save a signal in the WFM format?

I want to create a signal in Intuilink and then save it as a .wfm file so that I may download it to a thumb drive and then load it into the 81150A via the thumb drive. How can I do this?

I have checked the manual of the application and the only format available to save the waveforms is WVF.

Waveform (.WVF) File Format. This is the default format used for arbitrary waveform files saved using the waveform editor. - Software's manual

There is no WFM support through Save as or Export function.
