I was using Vizon VoIP soft phone on my Android phone. But now it is showing registration failed. I am not able to make calls. What can be done?
I have seen users who encountered the same message for services of this kind. The issue could be caused by the following:
The firewall on your computer prevents the software from communicating with the servers. Add the application to the firewall and it should work normally.
Their servers are having problems or they're on a maintenance phase. Simply try later.
The account has expired and a new registration is necessary.
