Lenovo Browser Guard keeps changing my Home Page.

Question

I try to change the Home Page but when I reboot the laptop it reverts back to the page with which the laptop came. How can I make the change permanent without actually uninstalling Browser Guard?

As you can see on the official web page, Lenovo Browser Guard protects only the factory settings of Internet Explorer. If you want to change the home page or the browser's settings, Lenovo Browser Guard is useless and you can safely uninstall it using Add or Remove Programs feature. However, in order to fix the problem without uninstalling the program, open the Start menu, type msconfig in the Search programs and files field and open the utility. Click the Startup tab, uncheck the box next to Lenovo Browser Guard, click Apply and then OK. If this is not helping, I recommend you contact Lenovo Support team.
