Problems with Isafut.exe.

We are from Venezuela and work in a petrochemical company. We have ICS Triplex with the SOE collector application. The software stopped unexpectedly with the following error: "Exception EInvalidPointer in module isafut.exe at 00003824 Invalid pointer operation". What can we do?

This error is caused by some files of your application that are corrupted or missing. In order to fix it, you need to uninstall the software and then install it again. If it doesn't help, try contacting the official developers of the SOE application and ask for an update.
