In order to fix the issue, I recommend you download and install the latest version of the program from the official web page. Click the Downloads tab and download and install the software. Also, from the same section, download the user guide and follow the installation instructions from page 22. If you have issues, use the provided contact information to get in touch with the support team.
Note: In order to open the user guide, you will need to use a PDF viewer like Adobe Reader.
