Downloading from the database of Tennisbiz

I can't hear the audio in the tutorial. How can I download the information from the database? I want to download for each entry the information about date of birth, postcode of the area they live, and so on. Can I do that and what is the format of the download (Excel file, text delineated file)?

Firstly, you need to know that the tutorial is recorded without audio. In order to download the information, you need to use the Export function from the Connection menu:

Just press the Export Data button and select what you want to export (customer/student) from the Show drop-down list:

Then check the box next to the entry you want to export/download and click OK. In the pop-up window enter a name for the file and select a destination directory. After that, click Save. The file will be saved as a CSV file. For further information I recommend that you contact the support team.
