You could try to restore the folders from the Recycle Bin, if it has not been used the command "empty Recycle bin" or use software like Recuva to restore the deleted content. The application offers an integrated wizard which will greatly help you choose what to restore. Also make sure when you perform restore operations to choose the output destination different from the one where it was previously installed. Downloading another copy and installing it into the same folder/drive will not get your folders back, instead others new will be created.
The application will display the good files which are restorable with a green mark in front of the path of the application.
