Need help with client prepaid account

Question

I need help with client prepaid account. I add 100 hours and next day it shows "7 hours total time". Then I re-added 100 hours and again next day the same problem: 7 hours total time. Somehow, the total hours I add change to 7 hours. Is there a bug or some option in CafeAgent I clicked by mistake that blocks maximum time allowed to 7?

I recommend checking the official FAQ available for this application. Typically, you should have the possibility of adding as many hours as you want.
