Can't get past the login stage of my Yahoo account.

I can't access my account from a different device. I know my password and ID and it says type in the code that has been sent to your phone. They give a phone number and an email address that it's been sent to. The problem is they are not my phone number and email. I have no idea where Yahoo got these from.

If you know the ID is correct, but don't recognize the email and the phone number, then it appears your account has been hacked. Someone accessed the account and changed all the info including the answers to the security questions. If that happened, then the account is lost forever since it's now practically impossible to prove you're the real owner.

Using the new password from Yahoo, still does NOT let me in
