How do I contact a person responsible for taking money out of my account monthly? Someone has been taking money out of my account for over 12 months and I do not have any idea what it is for. Can you, please, reply to this email asap?
No one is taking money out of your account. If you have such problems, then I recommend contacting your bank because it's possible you're subscribed to a certain service. The bank also has the possibility to block payments or cancel them. I can't find any product that's being sold around here.
