The error I encountered by myself was when I was trying to open a new webpage on Internet Explorer. When I tried to open a new webpage, there was a pop-up saying the toolbar has stopped.

To fix it, I disabled the add-on by accessing Tools in the Main menu, then Manage Addons and disabled the one with Toolbar H from the list where all the add-ons were installed. Then I restarted the browser and opened a new webpage and the error was gone and I could browse without interruptions.

If you actually use the toolbar, then you need to perform a fresh installation of your toolbar and check if the error still persists.

The easiest way other than managing from add-ons is right click on the toolbar (this is the place where you see the list, like File, View, Tools, Help etc. You will see the ToolBar H checked, just uncheck the same. It will ask, to turn off the related features, click yes, & its gone.

Apart from this if this is a unwanted pullover, just uninstall it via CCleaner or TuneUp Utilities.
