This was an application that could be installed on Android phones. The software provided VoIP connection to VoIP enabled servers. With its help you were able to call using the Internet. The limit was the credit available within your account (when possible) because it allowed you to call anywhere in the world. However, the application appeared to be discontinued.
If by any means it's installed in your phone, remove it because it doesn't work anymore.
