Command Workstation (iMac) - Problem with showing printed jobs without rebooting.

Question

Command Workstation doesn't show the print job processing and does not place the job in the queue after being printed until I close down CWS and reboot it. Then it will appear in the Printed queue after it has already been printed. It do es not work for me as I need to be able to catch my documents in Command and adjust some settings. Help me, please!

The problem is related to the version of the software itself. Please uninstall the current version of your Command Workstation and obtain the latest from its main website.

You can perform this by dragging its main icon from the Applications folder into the Recycle Bin. The process is automatic and no installer is involved. Then download the new application and install it by dragging it into the Applications folder. Your software will work without any problems you mentioned.
