Activation codes do not work.

Question

I have purchased several games: Granny in Paradise, Super Granny 4, Super Granny Winter Wonderland, Cake Mania, Cake Mania 2, and Glyph. I am trying to install them on my new computer on Windows 7. I have the disc with the activation code on it, but I have tried several times to install the games with no result. Is there something you can do for me? I would appreciate any help. I enjoy these games and want to play them again.

You have to check the official website from where you've purchased the games and open a ticket. It's likely possible that your CD key has expired and a new one needs to be sent to you based on the purchase you've made. Keep notice that some games, even if they're purchased, are not available now. After 1 year or so, a new set of keys needs to be purchased.
