There seems to be an error with the application because it should allow you to change all the records as necessary. To fix this error, firstly backup the database to a safe location and then re-install the product. Next time you're installing make sure to choose Run as Administrator and follow the guidance. When you start the software for the first time, select Run as Administrator as well. Import the records and then you should be able to edit them.
