If you play an online game, then the progress is automatically saved, no matter which device do you use. However, access the settings menu and log-in with Facebook/Google+ or anything you can find on that page. Secondly, most savegames are found in the installation directory or on the SDcard location. Simply copy the folder that has the name of the game to another place and then install the application on the other device and copy the folder as well. The first time you start the game, progress should be restored as well.
