I'm using an Ultrasonic Anemometer 2D. Can I use OwServer to add the wind gust value to predefined telegram? If yes, then how?
I would like to recommend checking Google for this inquiry. There are plenty websites to use from and the recommended one is Owfs.org. Access the link where it says OWFS Development website and then use the navigation menu to browse the Examples. There should also be additional documentation for this process. The process involves extensive knowledge and isn't something it can be done with a few clicks.
