What versions of Windows does PC Beginner Windows Tools support? I have Windows 8.1. I am looking for a boot disk that will fix HD errors on Windows 8.1

It's impossible to supply the answer because the official website of the application has been discontinued. There is no support for it nor it will ever be. You have to use other applications through the database of Software Informer in order to clean the computer or fix errors.
