Problem in watching videos.

I am facing a problem when I watch the videos. As I start a video, it goes on well for 3-4 mins and after that an error occurs and it stops the video. I have wasted 3 views of a lecture which I had missed. I don't know what to do. Please provide a solution for this problem as soon as possible.

It's not possible to provide the requested videos because there is no website created for this purpose. Since this is a proprietary video player, you need to consult the university you belong to in order to fix this issue. The IT technician should give you all necessary details in order to watch those videos. I could recommend you to install a new set of codecs, but I believe it won't help since the software is proprietary and most likely it will use a proprietary file format as well.
