Getting the Canon Pixma MP240 working again.

I cleared a paper jam, but the printer will no longer print. It keeps flashing the letter "E" followed by the number "3". I see no troubleshooting page in the user's guide, so I don't know what "3" means. How do I get my printer to work again?

You need to double check if there is any other piece of paper in the printer then, while the printer is turned on, press the POWER button for 5-10 seconds. This operation states that it will clear the errors of the printer by performing a Factory Reset operation. The procedure also clears the memory of the printer. It should work afterwards.
