The Mozilla Sunbird has been retired. According to the official page, the product doesn't even work anymore. However, it's impossible to provide information for a discontinued product. I have tried to install it using 3rd party websites, but had no luck doing it. You can't alter the code of the application to input the value or choose the option you want. You can use only the options presented on that configuration screen.
