Paid & downloaded on 11-29-14. The 2011 version loaded on computer instead of 2014 version. What should I do?
If this occurred, access the official website and download the latest version then use the information from your email to register the application and that's it. It must have been an error with the download or an automated script that caused the download of an older version.
