Login problem for mobile app.

I am facing a login problem for SBI Anywhere mobile app. I am using the same user ID & password as that of the Internet banking of SBI. How can I fix the problem?

From your side, there is only one thing that you can check: the Internet connection. If the default connection procedure is not working for you, then switch the connection to something else: another WiFi network or the Data Network.
