Can somebody explain what are MHV AVR tools?
The MHV AVR tools are used to control, configure, and program the MHVboard. It's something like Arduino or RaspberryPI. You can read more about the MHVboard at the official website. In fact, the MHVboard is actually a low cost Arduino clone. The tools contain programs and libraries that can be used for different projects.
