We are using Message Companion 2010. When we send messages, the report only says submitted but not delivered. Previously it went through without any problems. And also the online status shows false. How can I change this?
This could be a problem with their servers. If you succeeded sending the message, but it doesn't say delivered, then the problem is on their side. You can use the following email address to send them a message with the problem: [email protected]. I can't do anything from this side since I don't have access to their servers.
