iManager U2000 Login failed.

I used iManager U2000 HUAWEI, but 2 days ago I had a problem that I couldn't solve. This information window appeared when I tried to login:

"Login failed:the user israa is not allowed to open from this computer"

I don't know that the problem is and has happened.

You will need to contact the IT administrator that handles the whole server because, as you can see in the error message, the user you have tried doesn't have permission to log-in. Since the IT Administrator has access to the administration interface, he can modify all the permissions. Unfortunately, this is the only way to overcome this problem.
