I placed an order for Desktop Maestro on 10.12.14, but have not received registration info. What should I do?

You've probably been scammed, because the application isn't part of the developer's portfolio anymore. I recommend opening a case on the payment merchant you've used or contact your bank. This needs to be done as soon as possible. If you visit the PC Tools website (developer of the application) you'll be greeted with a message saying that the products don't exist anymore.
