Can I get the VRS Client for Android?

No, you can't get the VRS Client for Android because the software isn't released with Android support. There is no way to make it work even if you use an emulator or something. The only compatible support platform is Windows. Besides that, there are no news regarding a possible mobile support.

Use the VARS expert pages or VRS Mobile pages which provide the same functionality on Andriod and other devices.
