Under Linux I can create a .bigloorc in the ~/ directory, which is loaded automatically on calling Bigloo. There I can place valuable initialization, etc. How may I do it under Windows? E.g. addressed by a desktop linking file?

In Windows, you have the possibility to call a file with the shortcut by invoking the bigloo.exe application. Windows is different than Linux and many options and features don't work the same. If you have an application created within a file, simply create a shortcut or append it to the command line after creating the Bigloo shortcut.
