Information about Hero Screen Recorder.

Question

Windows 8 & 8.1 has an embedded feature that allows screen shots of whatever figures on the screen. Besides, some other apps already installed on my PC have recording capabilities as well as converting files from one format to another, so whatever this recorder is offering, I think I already have, perhaps not within a single app, but I have no interest in increasing the number of these, by fear to slow down the overall running speed. Any details about this HSR or what it may bring?

This was an ordinary recorder. I say "WAS" because it has been discontinued. Meaning there is no possibility to download it again. However, if you already have applications that have the same functionality as this one, then there is no need for its installation. However, it's best to have an all-in-one application to capture, convert, and record the screen. You can try Camtasia Studio for this purpose. Even if it's shareware, you still have the possibility to test it for 30 days.
