Do I need a disc for TK7?

I have downloaded TK7 which I used for establishing drift loadings in respect of cladding envelope design. I have tried to open the software but seem to require a disc in order to finalize the download. Is a disc necessary or can I download the necessary information?

According to the official information, the software requires ActiveTCL to run and that's it. There isn't anything besides ActiveTCL that needs to be installed to run properly. I recommend checking the official website to see the requirements of the application. If you click the Screenshots link on the left, you will see that nowhere is mentioned about a disc download or something related.
