Delete Jigsaws.

Question

I have re-installed the full version on a new PC (I have a code). I'm unable to delete my created Jigsaws now. Can't find the .sav file anywhere on the PC.

The SAV files are located in the installation directory where Jigsaw Mania was installed in the first place. You might need to turn on the old computer in order to access the SAV files. There is no other way. Besides that, the SAV files are created when you play the game and save your progress. There are games that store the save files in My Documents as well. You can check My Documents under the username used to install the game.

I had the same problem. Navigate to
C:\Users[UserID]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftJigsaw_[some character string]\LocalState\UserPuzzles\UserPuzzlesPack and delete the Puzzles.xml file. There is also a folder in this location called UserPuzzles. It contains the puzzles you created. I also delete these as well.
