When you receive this message, it means you have installed/launched the software with a Limited account. Limited accounts are not allowed to install applications on the system partition. The simplest fix is to locate the executable file and then use the right click on file. Choose Run as Administrator and the software should launch normally. This happens in most of the cases when users attempt to install or run applications without Administrator access.
