Spyware Clear doesn't work as intended.

After running Spyware Clear, 97 infections were found on my laptop. When I click "Fix Threats" nothing happens.

There aren't good reviews about this application and most of the websites classify this as being fake. In this case, I recommend using another application that actually works normally. Visit the official website of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and download a copy of the application. Remove the one you have installed and then scan the computer with Malwarebytes. I have used it for a very long time and it worked efficiently.
