Gerret an error message "Duplicate Asset ID"

Why do I get an error message "Duplicate Asset ID" when I import the file into Fixed Asset Pro, even if I have removed the "AssetID" column?

It seems that the software only recognizes the files with the original AssetID column. Removing something standard in a file should get it corrupted and then the errors will appear. When you removed the AssetID the software keeps a backup or a setting is preventing you to completely remove it. If the errors persist, try to import it with the AssetID.
