Problems with my ZTE 790.

A drip of water entered my phone. It can't display any Menu Screen. I had tried pressing together Vol Up+Power. Released when vibrated and screen display Android logo. When pressing Power the FTM screen appears. No other menu shows for me to select and reset to factory setting.

Please I desperately seek your help.

The FTM mode is used for another purpose. Press Volume Up + Power and enter the Recovery menu. You can use that menu to reset the phone to the factory condition. While you are in the Recovery mode, select Wipe Data/Factory reset and confirm the operation using the Power button. This will restore the phone to the factory defaults. For the hardware part, you will need to have it repaired at a local phone service shop.
