I couldn't buy an in-app item in Direct Carrier Billing.

I have a problem with Direct Carrier Billing on Clash of Kings. I couldn't buy an in-app item. Please consider this error or suggest troubleshooting instructions. I really need it asap.

If you have problems with the Direct Carrier Billing procedure, access the Google Play page set up for this purpose. There is information related on how to set up the payment method. Additionally, contact the developer and tell them you have a problem buying items for their game and they will gladly help you to complete the operation.
