I purchased Gena PhotoStamper a few years ago. I just got a new computer and was told Gena would not transfer over. Do you still have a record of where I purchased Gena so I can get it downloaded again without cost?
I have installed the application and it works fine in Windows 8.1 Pro x64. The latest version of the software is 2.7.1 and can be downloaded from the official website. Make sure to run the installation as Administrator and it should work. The only way to recover your registration information is through the email provided by the developer on the Contact Us page.
