Momeet is just a VoIP client that you can use to place calls. Unfortunately, the software doesn't offer any possibility to register. You will need to obtain the user id and password through other means such as local resellers. Since these applications are sold in the eastern countries, I can say that the only way to obtain a user and password is through the local resellers.
