OpenVPN Client api purchasing information.

Is there any way to buy the openVPN-Client from Colucci-web.it without using Google?

The openVPN Client is free to download and use by everyone. However, paid services offer you certificates and keys that you need to add to the openVPN client to be able to connect. As I can see, the website you've mentioned displays a generic page. There is no information related to purchasing or something related.

I should better ask my question in a differnt form:
If you don't have a Google "Play Store" on your Aandoid device, e.g. because it is modded or you have no Google accout, where can you download it? Where can you pay for the fee-based version?
