How do we disable automatic shutoff?

We are trying to record a football broadcast and the pop up question appears "Are you still listening?" automatically stopped the Abacast streaming and stopped our recording. Is there a way to disable the "Are you still listening?" popup or keep the streaming on constant mode?

The only way to change this option is to access the Settings. This is the only way to change the recording mode. The error you receive has something to do with the IDLE mode or a limitation. Unfortunately, there is no way to obtain additional information because the developer's website is not available or online. If you still encounter issues, try switching to another product. ShoutCast DSP is a good solution to broadcast your content.
