If the application doesn't recognize the Greek characters then it means it doesn't have support for the ISO/IEC 8859-7 encoding. Normally, you should be able to change this setting from the Settings menu. Go to the Settings menu and look for Encoding. If you have you have the possibility, change it to the ISO format above then relaunch the software and it should work.
